We are located near some of Fairbanks’ favorite “play areas”, including Birch Hill
Park (hiking, mountain biking, cross country skiing, and birding); Creamer’s Field
(a state wildlife refuge with good trails and excellent birding); three golf courses
(Fairbanks Golf and Country Club, North Star Golf Club, and Chena Bend Golf Course);
and the University of Alaska’s “Museum of the North” and Large Animal Research Station
featuring muskox and reindeer. Chena Hot Springs Resort, famous for its warm mineral
waters and winter views of the “Northern Lights”, is 50 miles out our road.
